Let me go over some important details about booking my photography and videography services. I like to keep things casual and relaxed, but it’s also important we’re on the same page.

Most shoots take around 30-60 minutes per property, depending on the size. But if things end up going over an hour due to delays on your end, I’ll need to bill some extra for that additional time. I’m sure you understand!

When it comes to safety, that’s not something I can compromise on. If there are any areas that could potentially put me, my vehicle, or equipment at risk, I won’t be able to shoot there. Safety has to come first.

Now, prepping the property is really important to make sure we get great shots. I’d really appreciate it if you could have everything staged and ready before I arrive. Any messes or clutter that ends up in the photos or video will be there to stay, so let’s avoid that if possible!

As for turnaround, you can expect the finished media within 3 working days after our shoot. The photos and videos will be delivered via WeTransfer for you to download.

Feel free to use and share the media however you’d like – that’s what it’s for! Just know that it’s all copyrighted under my business name, Zani Photography and Video. I’ll take care of standard editing and enhancements, but any additional changes after delivery will require an extra fee.

Oh, and our shoots are weather permitted. If we’re looking at strong winds or rain on our scheduled day, I might have to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. I’ll give you a heads up well in advance though.

If for some reason we need to reschedule after I’ve already arrived, there will be a R300 penalty fee. So let’s try to avoid last minute reschedules if we can!

Be sure to confirm all bookings with me via email or WhatsApp. I’ll let you know what dates and times I have available. And if your property is larger than a standard 3-bedroom house, we may need to adjust pricing.

Booking times are weekdays only from 9am to 3pm.
